Illumina 體外診斷(IVD)檢測套組：TruSight Oncology (TSO) Comprehensive 於今年 8 月底獲得美國 FDA 核准，是第一個 FDA 批准以試劑盒型式合併 IVD 與伴隨式診斷的泛癌檢測套組。
這款泛癌基因檢測套組涵蓋近 30 種實體腫瘤，可檢測出腫瘤樣本中 517 個不同基因的變異，藉以掌握癌症病人體內生物標記物的表達情況，有助醫師為病人匹配合適的標靶藥物。
